A former disgruntled employee went on a shooting rampage at a high-rise office building in Orlando, Fla., Friday, killing at least one person and injuring five others.

Police found suspected shooter Jason Rodriguez three hours later inside his mother's home.  When asked by a reporter outside the police station why he went on the rampage, Rodriguez answered, "Because they left me to rot."

The 40-year-old is a former employee at the Reynolds Smith & Hill engineering firm...
